Mission
The G.E.A.L. Effect, Inc. is dedicated to empowering middle and high school girls from marginalized communities by equipping them with the self-confidence, knowledge, and leadership skills necessary to become dynamic influencers. Through this empowerment we cultivate young leaders who become game-changers, overcoming obstacles, and fostering a brighter future.
OUR IMPACT
Based on our 7 core competencies and grounded in biblical principles, our programming takes a proactive approach to addressing societal challenges, teaching girls to recognize and value their unique qualities and strengths, and to use their skills and talents to better their
communities. Through these initiatives, they are able to envision what they can achieve, and how they can inspire change.
